Japanese Girls Day at the Tegan Castle

We eat at the Tegan Castle restaurant on our base almost every Thursday. Kids eat free and things are always set up for them to do. They like to do games, crafts, and holiday themed nights. Also, there's a huge backyard area that the kids can play in. Very low stress kind of place when eating out with young kids! Anyway, a couple Thursdays ago (to our surprise) it they happened to be Japanese Girls Day so they had a whole Japanese food spread (paired with kid friendly food of course!), and each girl got to be dressed up in a kimono and get their picture taken. If I would have known this was going on I would of brought my good camera. Avery just looked so darn cute.
