Hello Sun!

The sun came back out after a week yesterday and it's wonderful. Avery found a peaceful spot on our deck/patio to read. We need to get some furniture out there! Since it's sunny most of the time up there, a nice lawn chair is on my wish list (hint, hint Steve!).
*Avery's in her PJ's because they had a Pajama/Polar Express Party at school. (not that we don't have PJ days at home or anything....haha)

Aunt Leah sent Noah a sushi play set and we got it today. I didn't hide it quick enough, and Avery was dying to playing with it. So I gave in. It was just such a good idea to have a "sushi picnic" (after she got over insisting that the pieces were marshmallows) on our patio. Early Christmas present! Thanks Leah! They love it!

Avery likes Linus on Charlie Brown because he sucks his thumb like her and carries a blanket around just like Noah.

Avery loves playing teacher (this is a glimpse of the playroom upstairs. More pictures to come when we finish decorating.=)). She always wants me to sit "criss cross applesauce"...."hands on your knees" "Ok, stand up." "Raise your hand." It's so cute! But boy can she be bossy sometimes to me and Noah. Sometimes she forgets that she doesn't run the house....lol
